  1. Cucumber and Milk Eye Mask – Best for smoothing and cooling effect

Cucumber is most commonly used to soothe the eye area known for its cooling and relaxing, leaving eyes fresh and re-energised. It is full of antioxidant that help to reduce redness and swelling whilst the milk has calming properties. Simply blend the cucumber and milk in a blender to form a thick paste and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. Apply and leave it to set for about 30 minutes and rinse off.

  1. Strawberry and Rosewater Eye Mask – Best for reducing inflammation

Rosewater contains vitamins C and A, and is a natural astringent with anti-inflammatory properties which is incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. Strawberries are rich in polysaccharides that have anti-inflammatory properties and reduce swelling and dark circles. Add strawberries and rosewater to the blender to make a fine paste. Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes and leave it for 30 minutes and wash in luke-warm water.

  1. Banana and Lemon Juice Face Mask – Best for lymphatic drainage

Bananas contain vitamin C, manganese, biotin, potassium and cope and are high in potassium, which is excellent for your lymphatic system. The puffy eye is a clue that your lymphatic fluid is getting sluggish. The vitamin C from lemon juice helps to remove

all the toxins that cause puffy eyes and contains skin lightening properties that reduce dark circles. Mash the banana. Squeeze the lemon juice. Mix to make a fine paste. Apply and let it sit for 15 minutes and wipe off with a warm wash cloth.
